Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for overall online marketing campaigns for Swayam360 and FracTeQ. This role covers end-to-end digital presence management, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

•Manage social media channels with engaging, consistent content.

•Drive SEO/SEM strategy to improve website/app discoverability.

•Optimize campaigns for performance, cost efficiency, and ROI.

•Track analytics, prepare performance dashboards, and present insights.

•Collaborate with Graphic Designer / Content Creator for brand storytelling.

•Any other related task assigned from time to time by the founder.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) vs Target.

•ROI on Paid Campaigns (%).

•Growth in social followers and engagement rate.

•Lead conversions from campaigns.

•SEO rankings for target keywords.

Hiring Requisites

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication; Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

•Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or consumer tech.

•Skills: Paid Ads (Meta, Google), Analytics (GA4), SEO/SEM, Social Media Strategy.

•Salary: monthly + incentives based on campaign performance.
