Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-stack Digital Marketing Manager who can independently own and execute our entire digital marketing function — from brand awareness to lead generation to conversion. This is not a narrow specialist role. You will be responsible for every digital channel, campaign, and strategy we run. The expectation is that you bring breadth across all marketing disciplines and depth where it matters most.

Any digital marketing task that arises now or in the future falls within your scope.

Scope of Ownership

1. Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Google Ads — Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing
  • Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram campaigns, lead gen forms, retargeting, lookalike audiences
  • LinkedIn Ads — Sponsored content, InMail, lead gen forms (especially for B2B)
  • Other platforms — Twitter/X Ads, Quora Ads, programmatic display as needed
  • Campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy, A/B testing
  • Ad copy writing and creative briefing
  • Funnel optimization — TOFU, MOFU, BOFU campaign alignment
  • ROAS tracking, budget management, monthly performance reporting

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Setting up and managing tracking — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Conversion tracking — form fills, calls, purchases, micro-conversions
  • Dashboard creation and weekly/monthly reporting to leadership
  • Attribution modeling — first touch, last touch, multi-touch
  • Funnel analysis — identifying drop-off points and fixing leaks
  • CPA, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS tracking across all channels

3. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Working with developers for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements
  • Landing page creation and A/B testing (using tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress and based on basic programables codes)
  • UX/UI feedback based on heatmaps and session recordings (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Website speed and performance monitoring
  • Managing UTM parameters and campaign URLs

4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

  • Identifying, vetting, and outreaching to relevant influencers
  • Managing influencer campaigns — briefs, content approvals, tracking, payments
  • Setting up and managing affiliate/referral programs
  • Measuring influencer ROI and impact on brand metrics

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Technical SEO — site speed, crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemap
  • On-page SEO — keyword research, meta tags, heading structure, internal linking, content optimization
  • Off-page SEO — link building, digital PR, domain authority improvement
  • Local SEO — Google Business Profile, local citations, location-based keyword strategy
  • SEO audits — regular site audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
  • Competitor keyword gap analysis and SERP tracking

6. Social Media Marketing (Organic)

  • Strategy and content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube
  • Copywriting, content ideation, and post scheduling (using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later)
  • Community management — responding to comments, DMs, building engagement
  • Platform growth — follower growth strategy, reach, impressions, engagement rate
  • Trend monitoring and real-time content opportunities
  • Collaboration with design team for creatives and brand consistency

7. Content Creation & Design

  • Design high-quality, professional graphics for social media posts, paid advertisements, client pitches, and website banners — independently, without always relying on a separate designer
  • Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives — typography, color palette, layout standards
  • Edit and produce short-form video content — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional brand videos
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and music to videos for maximum engagement
  • Create ad creatives in multiple formats and sizes (stories, feed, banners, carousels)
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production — including but not limited to:
  • Image generation — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E for concept visuals and ad backgrounds
  • Video editing — CapCut AI, Runway ML, Descript for fast short-form video production
  • Copywriting assistance — ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper for first drafts, captions, and ad copy
  • Design automation — Canva AI, Adobe Express for templated social content at scale
  • Voice & avatar tools — HeyGen, ElevenLabs for video narration and explainer content
  • Build and maintain a creative asset library — templates, brand kits, approved fonts, logos, and past creatives organized for fast reuse
  • Continuously test creative formats — static vs. video vs. carousel — and report on what performs best
  • Stay updated with design trends, platform-specific creative best practices, and AI tool developments

8. Content Marketing

  • Content strategy — editorial calendar, topic clusters, pillar page planning
  • Blog writing / management — briefs, editing, publishing, updating old content
  • Long-form content — whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, guides
  • Website copy — landing pages, product/service pages, about pages
  • Content distribution — syndicating across platforms, repurposing for different formats
  • Content performance analysis — traffic, time on page, bounce rate, conversions

9. Online Reputation & PR

  • Monitoring brand mentions (Google Alerts, Brand24, or similar)
  • Managing reviews on Google, Trustpilot, G2, and other relevant platforms
  • Coordinating digital PR outreach — getting features, backlinks, and media coverage
  • Crisis communication management online

10. Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Briefing designers and videographers for creatives, ads, and branded content
  • Overseeing video marketing — YouTube, Reels, Shorts, product demos
  • Ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and aligned with business goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Paid campaign ROAS and CPL
  • Website conversion rate
  • Organic traffic growth (MoM & YoY)
  • Keyword rankings (target keywords in top 10)
  • Monthly marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Social media reach, engagement rate, and follower growth
  • Creative output volume and quality (ads tested per month, video publish rate)
  • Email open rates, CTR, and unsubscribe rate
  • Zero compliance violations per quarter

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ownership across multiple channels simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills — able to read data and make decisions
  • Proficiency in graphic design and short-form video editing — portfolio required
  • Hands-on experience with AI content and design tools
  • Excellent written communication — able to write good copy independently
  • Experience managing paid ad budgets of 10,00,000/month or more
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  • Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
