The Role:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be " Growth ." With Paid media strategy, ensuring every rupee spent on Meta and Google delivers qualified leads for both our B2B and B2C segments.

What You’ll Do [Roles & Responsibilities]:

* Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google to drive a steady stream of prospects.

* Optimize for the best PPC ratios while ensuring leads are high-quality and sales-ready.

* Develop and execute tailored ad strategies for both B2B and B2C demographics.

* Analyze campaign data to test new creatives and targeting methods that maximize ROI.

* Maintain expert-level execution across Google Search, Display, and Meta Ads.

What We’re Looking For:

* Ad Expertise : Proven track record in lead-generation via Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

* Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize ROI.

* Versatility : Skilled in managing both B2B and B2C audience psychology and targeting.
