Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Faculty for Digital Marketing to lead our training sessions, mentor students, and enhance the overall quality of our digital marketing program. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and strong teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training sessions on all aspects of Digital Marketing including:
• SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, GMB
• Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing
• Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Website Optimization
• Plan and structure the course content as per industry standards
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and live projects
• Provide individual mentorship to students and resolve doubts
• Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Support in curriculum development and training improvements
• Guide students for freelance work and job placements where applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1+ years of practical experience in digital marketing
• Minimum 1 year of training/teaching experience (institute or online platform)
• Strong command over tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Passionate about teaching and student success

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
