Job Description
Manage daily dispatch of materials and finished goods
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
Coordinate with courier and transport vendors
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Maintain dispatch records and update stock entries
Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for order processing
Ensure proper packing and labeling of materials
Handle returns and damaged material reports
