Dispatch Executive

Managing the dispatch of finished goods, handling warehouse tasks like packing and inventory, and coordinating with drivers for timely and efficient deliveries

• Receive, unpack, and properly store finished goods, ensuring correct labeling.
• Pack and dispatch orders accurately, keeping detailed stock records.
• Monitor and update inventory levels regularly to prevent stock discrepancies. 
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatches based on sales orders and schedules.
• Organize transportation, assign drivers to routes, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with drivers and other departments to resolve any delays or issues
