Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilitie

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per order priority
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory team for material readiness
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, LR, etc.)
• Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement
• Track dispatched materials and share delivery status updates
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and quantity verification
• Maintain dispatch records, MIS, and reports
• Handle customer or internal dispatch-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
• Manage reverse logistics and returns, if any

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, email)
• Good communication skills
