Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for verifying both incoming materials and materials scheduled for dispatch
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stock of all incoming materials.The candidate must maintain the stock of all materials that are dispatched.Manage and oversee all dispatch activities.
- Assign tasks, routes, and schedules to dispatch staff.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials, vehicles, or manpower.
- Lead and guide dispatchers/operators during shifts.
- Train new dispatch staff on procedures and communication standards.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
- Maintain records of dispatch orders, schedules, trip sheets, and logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly dispatch reports.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
