Job Description
- We are looking for a dependable and responsible Office Boy cum Employee Driver to support daily office operations and safely manage employee transportation. The ideal candidate will assist with general office duties while also driving employees from their homes to the office and back.
- Safely pick up and drop off employees from their homes to the office and vice versa.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean, safe, and good working condition (fueling, regular service, basic checks).
- Assist with daily office tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining office and pantry areas.
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and running small errands.
- Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
- Ensure punctuality and follow assigned pick-up/drop schedules responsibly.
- Valid driving license with good driving record.
- Previous experience as an office boy and/or company driver preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Punctual, honest, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
