E-commerce Executive – International Marketplaces

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support and manage our international online marketplace operations across platforms such as Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their e-commerce career who is eager to learn global marketplace operations while working in a flexible, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations

• Manage day-to-day activities across international marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, and Amazon
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, images)
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and international selling standards

Order & Fulfillment Support

• Monitor orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations
• Coordinate with internal teams or artisans for timely order fulfillment
• Maintain basic order tracking and production status updates

Pricing & Promotions

• Update pricing for international markets as required
• Assist in setting up discounts, offers, and seasonal promotions on marketplaces

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain basic sales and performance reports
• Track key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversions
• Share insights and improvement suggestions with the team

Customer Support

• Respond to international customer queries through marketplace dashboards
• Manage reviews and feedback professionally
• Escalate disputes or account-related issues when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces
• Familiarity with Etsy, eBay, or Amazon (seller-side exposure is a plus)
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn international e-commerce operations

Working Hours

• 9 hours per day
• Flexible working hours (outcome-focused)

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed monthly pay (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives linked to sales
