Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations at the Surat location. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, and customer coordination across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Process and track online orders from order to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory.
• Generate basic sales and performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only female candidates are preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or online operations will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
• Fixed salary with scope for growth.
