E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive who can manage product listings, inventory updates, and order processing on online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the seller dashboards of these marketplaces and be able to handle day-to-day operations smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra
• Coordinate with internal teams for images, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability across platforms
• Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns/refunds
• Ensure product content and listings meet platform guidelines and SEO standards
• Monitor account health, ratings, and resolve customer queries or issues
• Generate reports related to sales, stock, pricing, and performance
• Coordinate with marketplace support for issue resolution (claims, listing errors, penalties)
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, AJIO Partner Portal, Myntra Partner Portal
• Strong knowledge of Excel and basic data handling
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple platforms.
