E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage e-commerce orders and provide high-quality customer support for our jewelry brand (Etsy, eBay, WordPress website).

The candidate will handle daily order processing, customer communication, tracking updates, and issue resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities🧾 Order ManagementProcess daily orders from Etsy, eBay, and the website
• Coordinate with the production team for custom grillz orders
• Track shipments and update customers
• Manage refunds, replacements, and exchanges
• Maintain organized order tracking sheets
• 💬 Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries (Etsy, email, WhatsApp)
• Handle complaints professionally
• Manage dispute cases and chargebacks
• Maintain 24-hour response time standard
• Improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Required Skills: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer support
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory for international clients)
• Experience with Etsy / eBay / Shopify / WordPress preferred
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good organizational skills
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
