Job Description
Manage product listings (uploading, updating prices, descriptions, images)
Handle order processing, cancellations, returns & refunds
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support
Monitor stock levels and update inventory
Run basic promotions, coupons, and deals on marketplaces
Track daily sales, traffic, and basic performance reports
Ensure website/marketplace content accuracy
Handle customer queries and reviews
Skills Required:
