Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role involves handling product listings, order processing, customer coordination, digital promotions, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, company website, etc.)

Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, prices, images, stock)

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/team to avoid stock issues

Process online orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery

Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback professionally

Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and festive sales

Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports

Ensure accurate pricing, offers, and compliance with platform policies

Work with marketing and design teams for banners, creatives, and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)

Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools

Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Experience
