E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily online operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, customer confirmation calls, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders received from website and marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Call customers for order confirmation (especially COD orders)
• Generate shipping labels and invoices for daily dispatch
• Coordinate with warehouse/production team for order fulfillment
• Update order status (Dispatched, Delivered, RTO, Exchange, etc.)
• Handle basic customer queries via call/WhatsApp
• Monitor and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) orders
• Maintain daily order reports in Excel

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders daily
• Experience with courier panels / shipping tools is a plus
