Job Description:

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing ethnic wear product listings on marketplaces. The candidate should have strong knowledge of order processing, claim handling, and return reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing and managing ethnic wear products on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra
• Handling order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
• Managing returns, RTO, and reconciliation
• Processing marketplace claims (lost/damaged/short shipments)
• Coordinating with marketplace support and logistics teams

Skills Required:

• Experience in marketplace listing and catalog management
• Knowledge of order lifecycle, returns, and claims
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple portals
