E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, promotions, and performance analysis across e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, website, etc.)
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stock outs
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and resolve customer issues
• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and discounts
• Track sales performance, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, ads, and banners
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends

• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with major marketplaces and/or D2C platforms
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
