E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on expertise in managing multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce portals. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, from product listing to order fulfillment and performance optimization.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces
• Handle product listing, cataloging, and optimization (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Ensure correct pricing, offers, discounts, and stock updates across portals
• Manage order processing, returns, refunds, and cancellations
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Monitor portal performance, sales reports, and KPIs
• Handle seller support tickets, account health, and compliance
• Manage ads, promotions, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms
• Resolve customer complaints and marketplace issues efficiently
• Ensure adherence to platform policies and guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho Supplier Panel
• Hands-on experience in listing, catalog management, and SKU creation
• Understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and order lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce ads and promotions
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
