E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive (B2C) who can manage online sales operations across B2C platforms. The candidate should have knowledge of product listing, order processing, inventory management, pricing updates, promotions, and customer coordination. Experience with marketplaces/websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc. is preferred. The candidate should be able to monitor daily sales, handle returns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth marketplace operations.

• Product listing and catalog management

• Inventory and stock updates
• Price and offer management
• Handle returns/cancellations
• Track sales performance and reports
• Coordinate with customer support and warehouse team
• Preferred Skills:Experience in B2C portals
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
