E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and order details accurately into the system
• Generate Order IDs for confirmed quotations
• Verify payment confirmation before processing orders
• Prepare picklists and coordinate with Dispatch Team
• Create invoices, E-Way Bills, and dispatch documents
• Update tracking details after dispatch
• Handle order returns and coordinate with accounts for credit notes
• Maintain daily reports and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Experience in order processing/logistics preferred
