Title: E-Commerce Executive / Computer Operator

Location: Surat – Saroli, Gujarat

Job Description: We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive for our Surat (Saroli) location. The ideal candidate should be a computer operator with hands-on experience in handling e-commerce portals such as Meesho and Flipkart independently. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory control, and product listings.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle e-commerce portals like Meesho and Flipkart independently
• Order processing and tracking from portal to dispatch
• Manage inventory updates and stock control
• Product uploading, listing, and price updates
• Coordinate and communicate with the platform support teams
• Resolve order, payment, return, and customer-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports of e-commerce activities
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations
• Must have complete knowledge of Meesho and Flipkart portals
• Good computer operating skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month
