Job Responsibilities:
- Create, update & manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMart, etc.
- Optimize product titles, images, and descriptions for better visibility.
- Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries.
- Monitor daily sales reports, competitor pricing & promotions.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.
- Handle E-commerce campaigns & offers in coordination with marketing team.
- Maintain inventory levels & product performance reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
