• Enhance customer experience through timely response and service improvement
• Monitor and execute customer order fulfillment processes
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and support teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain product listings, pricing, and stock updates
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior
• Generate insights to improve revenue and performance
• Manage relationships with online marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business
• Track returns, refunds, and customer complaints
