E-Commerce Manager

Department: E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves product listing management, order processing, performance analysis, and coordination with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth online operations and revenue growth.

• Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
• Process and track online orders, returns, and refunds
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams on ads, SEO, and campaigns
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback professionally
• Ensure accurate product data and timely content updates
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market insights
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers may apply if trained)
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (reports, MIS, dashboards)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
• Preferred SkillsExperience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO, product ranking, and marketplace algorithms
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order management systems
• Experience in D2C or omnichannel retail
