Job Description


 🔹 1. Marketplace Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute sales growth strategies for each platform.


Analyze channel-specific performance and optimize revenue targets.


Launch and scale products category-wise on each marketplace.


🔹 2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, keywords).


Ensure product catalog is accurate, SEO-friendly, and updated regularly.


Manage category and attribute mapping based on platform norms.


🔹 3. Campaign & Promotion Management

Plan and execute ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart PLAs).


Manage platform promotions (deals, coupons, festive sales like Big Billion Days or Prime Day).


Monitor ad budgets, ROAS, and campaign ROI.


🔹 4. Inventory & Pricing

Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid OOS or overstocking.


Manage dynamic pricing, discounts, and competition tracking.


Coordinate with warehouse/3PL for smooth order fulfillment and inwarding.


🔹 5. Account Management & Compliance

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (returns, ratings, content, imagery).


Handle platform escalations, penalties, and performance metrics (e.g., order defect rate, late dispatch rate).


Coordinate with category managers/account managers of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.


🔹 6. Customer Experience & Ratings

Monitor and improve product ratings & reviews.


Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve complaints and returns.


Implement strategies to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and negative feedback.


🔹 7. Data Analysis & Reporting

Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, ad spend, returns.


Use platform dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, Flipkart Seller Hub) for insights.


Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.


🔹 8. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with supply chain, finance, content, design, and warehouse teams.


Align marketplace strategy.


Coordinate for new product launches and seasonal planning.
