Role OverviewNplusone Fashion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee our digital sales operations. You will be responsible for managing our presence across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and our official website. The ideal candidate will handle the entire lifecycle of an order—from listing and inventory management to ensuring timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management

• Manage and maintain seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Handle product listings, including high-quality descriptions, pricing updates, and optimized keywords (SEO).
• Monitor account health, ratings, and reviews to ensure high seller performance metrics.

2. Order & Inventory Operations

• Process daily orders received from all marketplaces and the brand website.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all platforms to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
• Update stock levels daily based on new arrivals and sales.

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Oversee the packaging and labeling process to meet platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Amazon Easy Ship, Flipkart Smart).
• Coordinate with courier partners and aggregators for timely pickups.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer escalations.

4. Performance Tracking

• Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights on best-selling products.
• Manage returns (RTO) and claims for damaged or missing items.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce account management (Fashion industry experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teams and handling customer queries.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work the specified hours (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM) and handle the fast-paced nature of e-commerce dispatch cycles.
