Key Responsibilities:
- Handling ecommerce platforms like amazon flipkart myntra and own website with the help of operation management system.
- Printing of invoices and labels for packing the orders and fullfilling them.
- Handling 3-party delivery platforms like delhivery.
- Inventory management of all SKUs via operation management system.
- Raising complains and claim management on ecommerce platforms and Delhivery partners in case of product damage.
