About the Role:
ADMagic is looking for a smart and responsible Ecommerce operator to manage our ethnic wear website. You will handle orders, customer queries, and returns, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.
Work Responsibilities:
- Take and process orders on our website
- Print labels, pack products, and send parcels
- Talk to customers on WhatsApp / Instagram / Email
- Share product details and real photos when needed
- Check delivery status and solve parcel issues
- Manage return orders and keep record of orders
- Give polite and helpful customer support
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of using mobile & computer
- Able to communicate in simple Hindi/English
- Smart and quick problem solving
- Basic computer work like data entry & printing
