Job Title: E-commerce Packing Executive

Department: Warehouse/Fulfillment Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Packing Executive to join our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled with care and dispatched on time to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from inventory based on order details and packing lists

Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit

Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing

Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation accurately on packages

Coordinate with courier partners for timely order dispatch

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

Monitor packaging material inventory and report shortages

Handle returns and exchanges, inspecting products for damage or defects

Meet daily packing targets and deadlines

Follow company guidelines for packaging standards and quality control

Maintain accurate records of packed orders in the system

Report damaged or defective products to supervisors

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or fulfillment operations (preferred)

Basic computer skills for order management systems

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 25 kg

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and courier systems

Understanding of fragile item handling procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule: Full-time, may include weekends during peak seasons
