### **Job Summary**

As a Tea/Coffee Machine Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tea and coffee machines at client locations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that machines operate efficiently and meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will work independently in the field, providing exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Installation:** 

 - Set up and install tea and coffee machines according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

 - Perform initial testing to ensure machines are functioning correctly post-installation.

- **Maintenance:**

 - Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal working condition.

 - Replace worn-out or faulty parts, and perform software updates as needed.

- **Repair:**

 - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to tea and coffee machines.

 - Repair or replace defective components and resolve operational problems efficiently.

- **Customer Service:**

 - Provide high-quality customer service and technical support during on-site visits.

 - Explain machine functionalities and maintenance requirements to customers clearly.

- **Documentation:**

 - Complete service reports and maintenance logs accurately and promptly.

 - Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and any customer interactions.

- **Inventory Management:**

 - Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks.

 - Order additional parts as necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations.

- **Compliance:**

 - Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

 - Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

### **Qualifications**

- **Education:**

 - ITI Electrical / Wiremen. Experienced person without ITI can also apply.

- **Experience:**

 - Min. 0-2 experience in servicing and repairing tea and coffee machines or similar equipment.

 - Hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs of electrical components.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

 - Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 - Familiarity with various types of tea and coffee machines and their operational systems.

- **Other Requirements:**

 - Valid driver’s license for 2 wheeler and clean driving record. 4 Wheel driving license will give extra advantage.

 - Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools up to 20-25kg of goods.

 - Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours if needed.

### **Working Conditions**

- **Environment:** Field-based role with frequent travel to client locations. May involve working in various environments, including commercial kitchens and office settings.

- **Hours:** Typically Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm, but may require based on client needs.

- **Equipment:** 2 Wheeler & Smart phone are must.
