Manager's Role

• Quality Control: The manager's most important task is to ensure that every piece is free of defects. They check for these things:
• Thread Trimming: Ensuring that excess threads left on the goods after machine work are trimmed.
• Stabilizer Removal: Carefully removing any extra support material (stabilizer) left after embroidery.
• Cleaning: Getting rid of any spots or dirt on the goods.
• Training Employees: The manager must explain to their subordinates how to do the work to minimize errors and maintain the quality of the goods.
• Production Monitoring: They also need to ensure that the work is completed on time and track how much work is being done per hour.
• Problem Solving: If a problem arises (such as machine failure or a defective item), the manager must find a solution.
• Packaging: Once the goods are completely ready, they must be packed properly to ensure they reach the customer safely.

मैनेजर की भूमिका

• क्वालिटी कंट्रोल: मैनेजर का सबसे मुख्य काम होता है, यह सुनिश्चित करना कि हर पीस में कोई कमी न हो। वह इन चीजों की जाँच करता है:
• धागे काटना: मशीन से निकले माल पर बचे हुए अतिरिक्त धागे कटवाना।
• स्टेबलाइज़र हटाना: कढ़ाई के बाद लगे हुए अतिरिक्त सपोर्ट मटेरियल (स्टेबलाइज़र) को सावधानी से हटवाना।
• सफाई: माल पर लगे दाग-धब्बे या गंदगी को हटवाना।
• कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित करना: मैनेजर को अपने नीचे काम कर रहे कर्मचारियों को समझाना होगा कि काम कैसे करना है, ताकि कम से कम गलतियाँ हों और माल की क्वालिटी बनी रहे।
• उत्पादन की निगरानी: उन्हें यह भी देखना होगा कि काम समय पर पूरा हो रहा है या नहीं और हर घंटे कितना काम हो रहा है।
• समस्या समाधान: अगर कोई समस्या आती है (जैसे मशीन में खराबी या माल में दोष), तो मैनेजर को उसका समाधान निकालना होगा।
• पैकेजिंग: जब माल पूरी तरह से तैयार हो जाए, तो उसे सही तरीके से पैक करवाना ताकि वह ग्राहक तक सुरक्षित पहुँचे।
