Note:- We are looking for primary English teacher who can be able to teach class 1st standard to 4th class students.

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language education to students, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment, and helping students develop strong language skills. The position requires strong teaching skills, a love for literature and language, and the ability to adapt lessons to a variety of learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring that lessons are engaging, inclusive, and accessible to all students.
• Instruction: Teach English language and literature to students, including grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Student Assessment: Assess students' progress through formal and informal evaluations, assignments, and tests. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Address student behavior issues in a professional manner.
• Differentiated Instruction: Tailor lessons to accommodate students with different learning styles, strengths, and needs, ensuring inclusivity.
• Communication: Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to ensure student success and to provide updates on academic progress.
• Professional Development: Participate in professional development programs and workshops to improve teaching techniques and stay updated with the latest trends in education.
• Extracurricular Activities (optional): Lead or assist with English-related extracurricular activities such as writing clubs, drama productions, or debate teams.
• Qualifications & Requirements:Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience at the [relevant grade level]. Experience teaching in a diverse classroom environment is a plus.
