Event Promoter

We are looking for a Event Promoter to join our team to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves Hosting event, vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹23000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
• Hosting events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
• Ensure smooth execution during events.
• Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.
• Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
