✨ Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director (Social Media & Operations)

Location: Surat

We are a plastic yarn carrier manufacturing company currently under expansion, with multiple plants in operation and further growth underway.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to work closely with the Director and support both strategic communication and day-to-day operations.


🚀 Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will act as the right hand to the Director, managing their LinkedIn presence, handling communication, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative and operational tasks.

You will play a key role in bridging communication, coordination, and execution within the organization.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including briefs, notes, and follow-ups
  • Handle email communication and responses on behalf of the Director
  • Track and follow up on key tasks, priorities, and deliverables

Social Media & Communication

  • Manage and grow the Director’s LinkedIn profile and presence
  • Create, draft, and schedule LinkedIn content and posts
  • Ensure professional and high-quality English communication across all platforms

Back Office & Operations

  • Support in documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
  • Maintain records, reports, and task trackers for better workflow management


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (content creation, engagement, profile handling)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in administrative coordination, scheduling, and multitasking
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work closely with senior leadership
