Job Purpose:

The Executive – Sales & Dispatch is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring timely delivery of oxygen cylinders/liquid products. The role combines sales coordination and logistics execution to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with existing customers for repeat orders and relationship management
• Support business development team in lead conversion and order closure
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain customer records
• Track daily sales and update MIS reports

Dispatch Operations:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure proper documentation (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill)
• Monitor vehicle dispatch and ensure on-time delivery
• Track cylinder movement (filled & empty)

Coordination & Support:

• Act as a bridge between sales, production, and dispatch teams
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery or supply
• Ensure proper communication with transporters and drivers
• Maintain accurate dispatch and sales records

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and dispatch/logistics
• Familiarity with GST billing, e-way bills, and documentation
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems)
• Problem-solving and time management skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Dispatch / Logistics
• Experience in industrial gases / manufacturing industry preferred
