Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory Manager – Waterjet Looms

Role Overview

Responsible for managing complete factory operations including production, workforce, inventory, and shift management for waterjet loom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve production targets and monitor loom efficiency & downtime
• Manage workers, supervisors, and shift planning
• Ensure proper inventory of yarn, chemicals, and finished goods
• Maintain fabric quality and reduce defects/wastage
• Coordinate maintenance for smooth machine operations
• Ensure proper shift handovers and discipline

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Waterjet Looms industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of loom operations and troubleshooting
• Good leadership and factory management skills
