Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
• Managing design process from conception through to final styling (Sample).
• Brainstorming with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
• Monitors the progress of research activities, develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares reports.
• Coordinate and work with technical designers and sketching team.
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of any technical/Non-technical R&D team.
• Research on making the existing processes more energy efficient.
• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with team.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
• Establish project goals and priorities by coordinating with the Production and Operations team.
• Building samples and testing both in-house and on-site.
• Analysing results.
