- Designing new ethnic wear collections (suits, lehengas, sarees, kurtis, Indo-western).
- Creating sketches, design boards & colour themes for upcoming collections.
- Selecting fabrics, laces, embroidery patterns, and trims.
- Working closely with the sampling team & tailors to develop prototypes.
- Ensuring perfect fitting, detailing, and finishing of each piece.
- Staying updated with latest trends, market styles & customer preferences.
- Managing production timelines and coordinating with the team.
- Maintaining records of designs and collection developments.
