Field Collection Manager

Experience Required: Min. 7-10 years especially in Business Loan Collections

Job Summary

Experienced Collection Manager / AM with expertise in business loan recoveries, including hard collections, NPA, and write-off cases. The role involves managing high-value delinquent accounts and driving recovery through field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle business loan collections with focus on DPD 90+ and 180+ cases
• Manage NPA and write-off accounts
• Conduct field visits for recovery and borrower follow-ups
• Develop and implement collection and recovery strategies
• Manage high-value ticket size accounts (₹7–10 lakhs+)
• Negotiate repayment terms and secure commitments
• Maintain daily MIS reports and system updates
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and reporting managers

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Loan Collections
• Proven experience in hard collections (DPD 90+/180+)
• Experience handling ₹7–10 lakh+ ticket size accounts
• Local candidate (mandatory)
• Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Regional Language
• Valid driving license & own vehicle
