Job Description
Job Title: Field Executive
Location: As per assigned area
Department: Sales / Operations
- Job Responsibilities :Visit customers in assigned territory for product promotion and service support
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Collect and verify customer documents
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
- Maintain daily visit reports and update MIS
- Achieve assigned monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursements
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers
- Required Skills & Qualifications :Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and data entry
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Experience :Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in field sales / collection / insurance / finance
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
