Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Visit customer or vendor locations to pick up returned products as per assigned schedule
- Verify returned items against invoices/orders (quantity, condition, SKU)
- Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of products during transit
- Maintain accurate records of collected items (manual or app-based entry)
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth return processing
- Follow company policies for return validation and rejection cases
- Handle basic customer interaction professionally during pickups
- Report daily activity status to the reporting manager
