🚀 We’re Hiring: Field Hiring Executive – Domestic Helpers (Maids)

We’re building a trusted network of trained, verified maids across Surat. We’re looking for someone who can get on the ground, find great people, and build a strong hiring pipeline.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Source maid/helper candidates through field work, referrals & local networks
• Screen candidates for skills, attitude, and reliability
• Handle basic verification & documentation
• Explain job roles clearly and onboard candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Follow up consistently to reduce drop-offs
• Work closely with operations to fulfill hiring needs

हम सूरत में प्रशिक्षित और सत्यापित घरेलू सहायिकाओं का मजबूत समूह बना रहे हैं। हमें ऐसे व्यक्ति की तलाश है जो मैदान में जाकर लोगों को ढूंढ सके और लगातार नियुक्ति कर सके।

🔧 आपकी जिम्मेदारियाँ

• क्षेत्र में जाकर, जान-पहचान और स्थानीय संपर्कों के माध्यम से सहायिकाओं को ढूंढना
• उम्मीदवारों का चयन करना (काम की क्षमता, व्यवहार और भरोसेमंद होना)
• पहचान और दस्तावेज़ की जांच करना
• काम की जानकारी और नियम साफ़ तरीके से समझाकर जोड़ना
• उम्मीदवारों की सूची बनाकर नियमित रूप से संपर्क में रहना
• बार-बार संपर्क करके बीच में छोड़ने की समस्या कम करना
• संचालन दल के साथ मिलकर समय पर लोगों की व्यवस्था करना
