1. Meet measurable “Key Result Area” assigned by HOD for achieving organization's objectives.

2. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

3. Visit and set up meeting potential customers for new business and understand their requirements

and needs

4. Develop strategic plans for Maintaining relationships with existing customers either in person or

via telephone calls and emails

5. Conduct market research through SWOT Analysis for identifying possibilities and evaluating

customer needs

6. Enhance company’s value proposition by delivering appropriate presentations on CFL products/

services

7. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

8. Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

9. Other duties as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.
