JOB SUMMARY

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong client relationships? WAMA SOFTWARE is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our SAAS-based software in Gujarat as well as other states across India. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their software needs, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Effective communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English are essential, and computer proficiency is required. If you have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, it's a definite plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify potential clients and assess their software needs.

- Negotiate contracts and effectively close deals.

- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the product development team to   align software offerings with market demands.

- Maintain strong and lasting client relationships.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in field marketing and sales.

- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

- Computer literacy and proficiency.

- Own vehicle required.

- Willingness to travel within Gujarat and other states of India.

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
