We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Field Marketing Executive who can generate leads, conduct live product demonstrations, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships ππ€
- π§Ύ Key Responsibilities:
- πΉ 1. Lead Generation & Customer AcquisitionGenerate leads through field visits, references & market research π
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships π€
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and demo requests π
- πΉ 2. Product DemonstrationsConduct live, in-person demos of Robolta products π€
- Clearly explain product features, benefits & usage π―
- Deliver engaging, professional, and customer-centric demos β¨
- πΉ 3. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly & quarterly sales targets π
- Present pricing, offers & close deals effectively π°
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead tracking & CRM updates ποΈ
- πΉ 4. After-Sales CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams for delivery, installation & support π
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement π
- πΉ 5. Market Awareness & ReportingCollect competitor insights, pricing trends & customer needs π
- Submit daily activity, demo & visit reports π
- Participate in exhibitions, events & promotional activities πͺ
- π― Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 20 β 40 years
- Gender: Male
- Education: 10th Pass or Below
- English: Basic English
- Experience: Minimum 6 months (Up to 2 years preferred)
