Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities, generating leads, promoting products or services, and supporting brand awareness initiatives to help achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with sales teams to support lead conversion.

Manage social media pages and basic digital marketing activities.

Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.

Prepare marketing reports and MIS.

Maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role is an advantage.

Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Knowledge of basic digital marketing and social media platforms.

Willingness to travel for field marketing activities if required.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools.
