Job Description

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, field-driven role focused on building and expanding the Swayam360 ecosystem. It involves on-ground market research, partnerships, and execution, with extensive fieldwork to identify opportunities and drive platform adoption. You will work closely with leadership to scale partnerships across sports, community, and institutional networks.


Key Responsibilities


1. On-Ground Market Research & Data Intelligence


•Visit sports arenas, facilities, and activity centers across the city

•Collect data on pricing, peak hours, infrastructure, utilization, and services

•Prepare comparison sheets, insights, and opportunity reports

•Identify gaps and potential investment / partnership opportunities


2. Strategic Partnerships & Onboarding


•Build and manage tie-ups with:

o Sports arenas & facility owners

o Academies and operators

•Onboard partners and users onto the platform

•Ensure active participation and engagement post onboarding


3. Institutional & Community Engagement


•Collaborate with:

o Schools & colleges

o Corporates & residential communities

•Support and execute:

o Leagues, tournaments, and engagement programs

•Drive participation and local network growth


4. Coach & Talent Network Development


•Identify and onboard:

o Coaches, trainers, academies

•Enable their registration and activity on the platform

•Build a strong grassroots sports ecosystem


5. Execution & Field Ownership


•Take complete ownership of assigned areas/zones

•Act as the on-ground representative of the company

•Provide regular updates, feedback, and insights to leadership


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


•Number of partnerships closed (arenas, schools, corporates)

•Number of onboarded venues / coaches / users

•Quality of market data & reports submitted

•Number of events / activations executed | Growth in local ecosystem network


Candidate Profile


Experience

•1–4 years in field sales / business development / operations

•Experience in sports, events, or startup ecosystem is a plus


Skills Required


•Strong communication & relationship-building skills

•Comfortable with extensive fieldwork

•Basic data analysis & reporting ability (MS-Office / Google Sheets)

•Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment


Working Model


•This is not a desk job. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and on-ground execution.

•Weekly reporting and review with leadership
