Roles & Responsibilities
- On-field activities for lead generation
- Screening and Interview scheduling
- Providing support to the interested candidate on the ground to get maximum joining conversion
- Coordinate with client hubs/offices to address rider issues and to conduct hiring drives
- Work closely with OkayGo recruitment partners and clients to get maximum hiring in the city. 
- Build and manage the pipeline of delivery rider leads from multiple channels. 

Compensation: Rs 10000 to Rs 15000 per month + Incentives + Fuel
