• 🔧 Job Responsibilities:Handle field sales for B2B clients such as manufacturing units, workshops, and industrial customers
• Promote and sell CNC machines, cutting tools, and industrial solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, owners, and decision-makers
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate terms
• Follow up on inquiries, close orders, and achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support
• 🎯 Candidate Requirements:Experience or sound knowledge of CNC machines and cutting tools
• Prior B2B industrial sales experience preferred
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel locally and meet industrial clients regularly
• Target-driven, disciplined, and professional approach
• 💰 Salary & Incentives: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
• 📍 Location: Surat
